How can I pay?

  • We currently accept PayPal, Credit/Debit cards, Apple Pay and more! We are working on adding additional methods for your convenience.

Returns, Cancellations and Shipping

What is your return policy?

  • If the item is defective, we will accept an exchange or return within 10 days of delivery.
  • If the item does not fit as expected we will accept and exchange for another size for one small processing fee if you contact us within 10 days of delivery.

  • For further questions regarding returns/exchanges please send an email to contacthoneystyleshop@gmai.com and include "Exchange" or "Return" and your order number in the subject line.
Am I able to cancel my order?
  • Yes, you may cancel your order and receive your full refund if it's before your order has started processing for shipment.
  • If your items have already been processed for shipment, you will be responsible for covering a processing fee for every item you wish to cancel.

Does your free shipping include worldwide?

  • Not yet, unfortunately we currently only include shipment to the United States. If you are interested in having an order shipped internationally, please email: contacthoneystyleshop@gmail.com with "International Shipment" in the subject line and we can process your order for an additional international shipping fee.

Will you notify me when my order has been shipped?

  • Yes! You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is on the way. 

Will I get a tracking number for my order?

  • Yes, of course! All orders will be emailed tracking numbers after the order is processed (1-5 days). If you are missing a tracking number, email: contacthoneystyleshop@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Most orders arrive within 10 business days, however this may vary. Once your order has been placed, there will be a processing period that could last up to 5 days. This is followed by a 7-21 day shipping period. In total, it can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to receive your items, keeping holiday season delays in mind. Shipment times vary per order, please bare with us. Don't hesitate to send us an email if you have any questions regarding your shipment!

What happens if I type in the wrong address?

  • If you provided us with a wrong address at checkout and you have not received a shipment notification email, please contact us at contacthoneystyleshop@gmail.com immediately and we will change it to the correct address. It is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please be careful and make sure to type in the correct address when placing your orders! If you feel you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.

Taxes & Duties:

  • Taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, taxes and duties and any shipping fees will not be refunded.
Extra Info: Most items will be shipped via ePacket, sometimes items can show up in multiple packages.
